Denplan is a really easy way to spread the cost of your routine treatment into affordable monthly payments, and at Symbiosis Dental, in Pembroke Dock, we are proud to be able to offer a range of Denplan payment plan options. Denplan Care is a really easy way to spread the cost of your routine treatment into affordable monthly payments. This plan will cover your regular preventative dental care with your dental team, as well as any restorative treatment you may need. Monthly Payment varies depending on the category you are placed in. Please refer to the Denplan Care Monthly Fee table. Denplan Care patients are exclusively offered an out of hours emergency service should you have a dental emergency outside of our opening hours. The amount you pay for Denplan Care is decided by your dentist. It's based on your oral health and how much dental care and treatment you will need each year. After an initial assessment you will be put into one of five categories, which will determine your monthly payment.

Denplan Essentials monthly fee rates 2025
Designed for patients over the age of 18, Denplan Essentials helps you spread the cost of your regular preventive dental care and encourages you to keep your teeth in great condition to avoid any surprises. Monthly Payment varies depending on the category you decide upon. Please refer to the Denplan Essentials Monthly Fee table. Denplan Essentials patients receive a 5% discount on private treatment fees and are exclusively offered an out of hours emergency service should you have a dental emergency outside of our opening hours. The amount you pay for Denplan Essentials is decided by you. It's based on your oral health and how much routine dental care you will need each year. The category you decide upon will determine your monthly payment.

Denplan plans for children
Denplan for Children patients receive a 5% discount on private treatment fees and are exclusively offered an out of hours emergency service should you have a dental emergency outside of opening hours.
Denplan for Children is a simple way of keeping up the great habit of regular visits to the dentist for your child.
Plan A designed for patients aged up to 11 years old includes; two routine dental examinations a year, two applications of fluoride varnish a year and small x-ray's if needed. A monthly fee of £5.12.
Plan B designed for patients aged 12-18 years old includes; two routine dental examinations a year, two applications of fluoride varnish a year, one hygiene session a year and small x-rays if needed. A monthly fee of £9.12.

Denplan Supplementary Insurance
Our optional Denplan Supplementary Insurance provides extra benefits and protects you in the case of accidental dental injury or dental emergencies.
For an additional 60p a month, Denplan Supplementary Insurance includes:
Up to £450 for temporary emergency treatment in the UK, when you're more than 40 miles from your registered dental practice*
Up to £470 for temporary emergency treatment received abroad, anywhere in the world and specified worldwide dental injury cover
Cover towards treatment costs if you have a dental injury
Access to our exclusive 24-hour Worldwide Dental Emergency Helpline
Cover for out of hours consultations in the event of a dental injury or dental emergency
A hospital cash benefit if you are admitted overnight for dental treatment
Mouth cancer cover up to £12,000.
*When you’re within 40 miles of your registered Denplan provider you should speak to your practice regarding the emergency dental care agreements in place for you outside of normal surgery hours.
